Kumquat (Fortunella margarita)

Toucheng Farm has various citrus plants in its vast 110 hectares of land. One of these is the famous "little gems of the citrus family" Kumquat!. It bears an edible, oval - shaped and golden yellow fruit. It originated in China and now can be planted and seen in many parts of the world.
Now they have turned golden yellow and ripe, waiting for you to taste the fruit of the season.

Its fruits can be preserved, eaten raw or made into a fruit jam. It can also served as a decoration because of its attractive golden yellow rind.
