Madame Pon from Singapore with her three lovely daughters visited Toucheng Leisure Farm last Saturday January 2, 2016.
Here are some of the photos taken during their visit.
As they are Muslims, a specially prepared menu was served during lunch.
Below is the Halal meal (lunch) designed for them:
1. Fried Beef with black pepper powder.
2.Squid salad with onions.
3. Salmon soup with ginger.
4. Fried chicken breast (Thai style)
5. Steamed fish with lemon.
6. Blanched fresh vegetables, (some frreshly picked from the vegetable garden during our tour).
7. Steamed corn and shrimp.
Plus fruits and preserved roselle and kumquat pickles.
Here below they printed some leaves on a green bag, T-shirt or bandana.
