Hello Summer!

Summer in Taiwan officially opens with the celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, this year on
June 12.

Everyone is invited to eat a special food called chung dz.

Remember the Alpinia zerumbet leaf?
It is wrapped in this kind of leaf because of its particular flavor!
