Aloe vera (true vera)

Aloe vera or true vera is a succulent (juicy and taste good) which originated from Africa.
This very prolific plant grows at Toucheng Leisure Farm and now it blooms attractive orange flowers.

Also a very useful plant for food, medicine, cosmetics, even for dental care,, etc...
Aloe vera's leaves are green, thick with much flesh or gel inside, and have a spiky white "teeth"
at its side..

This photo was taken from the upper angle to give you a closer look of its flower.

But Aloe vera can be toxic in some cases especially when ingested, so  make sure to read information about its uses.
