Abelmoschus esculentus

Toucheng Leisure Farm has a plantation of this plant in its garden. 
This is the flower of this plant which  has pleasantly sound name: "lady's finger" or commonly called
okra!
Okra is a flowering plant which turn into an edible green seed pods where inside you'll find  round white seeds. Only immature fruits are harvested and eaten as vegetables. Various countries grow and called it differently, but if you say "okra" you will be clearly understood!
Have you ever tasted okra?
It is a nutritious food rich in Vitamin C and has a high fiber content. It is an antioxidant and an excellent weight loss agent because its both fat and cholesterol free! A good source of calcium and potassium as well.
