institute of Technical Education

Students from Singapore studying at The Institute of Technical Education College Central visited Toucheng Farm this week.

After a sumptuous lunch, they toured the Farm and the rice paddies area. Here are the photos taken while they actually went down inside the wet rice paddy to transplant the rice seedlings.

The first-hand experience of holding the seedlings and touching the growing rice plants and the husked rice grains are unforgettable moments.

They also feed the Farm animals like water buffaloes, goats and watched the geese and ducks as these cute creatures swim in the water around the animals area.

After a delicious BBQ dinner, everyone gathered to do the sky lantern DIY and write their wishes on it. The activities of the day ended with the lighting and watching the sky lantern as it soars up to the skies.

Toucheng Farm offers many different activities to guests who come to relax and enjoy their stay. We are always ready to assist anyone to plan for an adventurous or relaxing stay at the Farm.

Welcome and enjoy your vacation.
