Senior Citizens' Day

Today is a very special day, why? Is it possible for young and old people to play and entertain each other at the same time? Without a doubt, yes!

  Toucheng Leisure Farm's Staff prepared snacks and games to complete the celebrations.

  In Taiwan in every 4 (four) people 1One) is a senior citizen which mean  65 years old and above.

But remember, the venue of any activity you do it is important as well.

Today's venue is the best!

Taipei European School - British Section

Today November 7 and tomorrow November 8, Teachers and students of Taipei European School visited
Toucheng Leisure Farm for a day of fun.

We started with wearing costumes of farmers used before and today when they work in the Farm.
Take a look at them here at some pictures taken.

After the transplanting of rice seedlings at the paddies, we took our lunch and after a brief playing around, we took turns shredding radishes to make radish cakes.

Making scarecrows out of rice hay was the last activity we had and prepared our backpacks ready to go home.

Every year all of the three sections (British, French and German sections) come to
Toucheng Leisure Farm for a stay a day or 3 days sometimes. We come in any season of the year at our choice.

Taipei European School Teachers and Students - French Section

Today and yesterday (April 26 - 27, 2018) Teachers and students of Taipei European School French Section, came to Toucheng Leisure Farm for a 2 days and 1 night stay.

Every year for many years these group never fail to come once a year to enjoy the naturally rich Farm.
