Radin Mas Primary School of Singapore

Singapore's Radin Mas Primary School Students and Teachers came to visit Toucheng Leisure Farm last Friday, December 2.
Twenty-eight, all grade five students and four Teachers came and participated in all the activities prepared for them.

Kilning is usually the first activity guests join after an orientation. The Farm has a special area for this activity where they have a first-hand experience of building a traditional oven used by our ancient Fathers to bake or cook sweet potatoes, corn on the cob or even the whole chicken.

After a tired afternoon, they had dinner in a BBQ style manner. Here is the photo to show their patience waiting for the "chef's" BBQ expertise.

It was rather cold outside, but the flame from the grill and the delicious aroma of the BBQ meat and vegetables did not hinder some to grill more for everyone to partake.

Although some chose to stay inside the dining room!

The night at Toucheng Leisure Farm is incomplete without the making, writing your wishes, and lighting the sky lantern.

Here are some photos taken during the activity.

First, some teachers will show them the right procedure for pasting the sky lanterns and later do-it together with the whole group.

Here are the testimonies of their successes!

Every one assembles at the Farm's square to witness the lighting, then watch the sky lantern soar up to the dark heavenly sky!

The sky lantern activity always end up with the firecrackers sound, a welcoming sight for all Singaporeans.

Would you like to share their experience?

Come to Toucheng Leisure Farm and enjoy with us these unforgettable moments.
