Guests from many Countries - Part 1

I feel lucky working as a tour guide at Toucheng Farm. To be able to communicate (in English) with guests from different countries is indeed rewarding! To share a few information about the birds, butterflies, flowers or trees living at Toucheng Farm is an accomplishment.

Here are some example:

Cristina, whose father is German and mother is French, joined all the activities. Fishing was full of fun after she caught six fishes from the fish pond!

She also tried the stone grinding machine, and of course ate the finished product!

And climbed up the tree house........

They got more chicken eggs and Cristina chased some chickens, too!

A visit to the Chang Jiu Winery gave them a chance to taste ( except Christina, of course )many kinds of wine.

Crystal, came with her two ABC's sons Dilan and Cameroon. They draw some pictures on the heavenly lantern, and watched them soar up to the drizzling night skies!

Sr. Irene, an American Catholic nun of St. Francis of Asisi, accompanied some sixty students and their Teachers for a hands-on-experience of the rice culture and other activities. This devoted and dedicated servant of God is a consultant in educating the intellectually disabled children.

Toucheng Farm, is not only a perfect vacation venue, but also an educational school where the rice culture is one of its curriculum.

I tell you more about our weekend news....to be continued!
