Golden Shower tree

This beautiful golden shower flower is also in full bloom at this time. This tree is usually filled with flowers without a single leaf when they are in full-bloom - a beautiful sight indeed!

This is the national flower of Thailand as its yellow flowers symbolizes Thai royalty. I always tell our Thai foreign workers who comes occasionally together with their Taiwanese co-workers about this.

They are an attraction near the domesticated animals area at Toucheng Farm. Many yellow petals fall to the ground, attractive just the same.

Cassia fistula's ( it's scientific name ) fruit is a legume, but has a pungent odor and contain many seeds which are poisonous.

Toucheng Farm has an abundant fauna and flora in its more than 100 hectares of land. With its fresh, clean and lush environment, living creatures here are healthy and happy!

Murraya Paniculata (Satinwood)

The commonly called orange jasmine plant's scientific name is murraya paniculata. This plant is most favorable for making hedges.

Look at Toucheng Farm's surroundings, fallen petals from the withering flowers are blanketing the floors.

Its white flowers are so fragrant and aromatic that the Chinese call it "7 miles aroma or 10 miles aroma".
This tropical, small and evergreen tree can grow up to 7 meters tall. Its fruits are oblong-shaped which changes colors from red to orange when ripe.

Toucheng Farm is rich ecologically and environmentally. It's worth visiting, we are always here to welcome you!

May and Leo from Singapore

Mommy May and her son Leo stayed at Toucheng Farm for three days and two nights.

Like all mothers, seeing her son happy was enough to keep her smiling all day! Together , they went kilning, feeding the domesticated animals, toured the Farm, made the sky lantern,.... Leo transplanted some rice seedlings at the paddy twice, he just enjoyed walking barefooted in the paddies!

Toucheng Farm has a beach house at Waiao, here they are posing with the Turtle mountain Islet as background.

Leaving footprints in the sand; wading through the waves: watching the para gliders descending; or the amateur surfers practising; are some lively entertainments around the beach.

Here is May's art work. It transformed a simply green bag into an informative and attractive shopping bag!

Leo caught 6 fishes at the Farm's fish pond, they had a delicious fish soup snack before bed.

Thanks to the moonson rain, the fountains are falling and the small fishes, shrimps, crabs and tiny water creatures are seen again!

You can sit by the riverside, watch the flow, the rushing of the water and hear the sound! it's so refreshing!
